Before you give us your address
- You will get a confirmation email first. Nothing is sent to you until you click the link in it. If you never click it, we never write to you again.
- You choose the topics and we only send you those. Leaving them all unticked means the general newsletter.
- Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately and asks nothing of you — no login, no reason, no reply.
- Your address is used for this and nothing else. It is not sold, not shared, and not added to any other list.
Who is not on this list
VoiceInsights holds email addresses that people gave us for particular reasons — taking part in research, applying for a job, writing to the Impact Fund, or asking about our work commercially. None of those people are on this list, and none of them will be added to it because their address is already in the building.
The only way onto this list is the form above, followed by confirming from your own inbox. That is enforced where it cannot be forgotten: the subscriber table has no link to any of those records, so there is nothing to import even if somebody wanted to.
Leaving
Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. If you no longer have one, write to us and we will remove you — you do not have to give a reason, and we do not ask you to confirm twice.
